A Bit More About Me

From early signs of entrepreneurial promise at the age of 11 - making 40% profit on cola sold to school friends - through being spotted and trained for leadership by the Royal Air Force (as a pilot), and then British Airways, I subsequently spent 30 years working in creative advertising management.

Working first for network agencies such as Ogilvy, GGT, JWT and TMW, I then founded, ran and exited four of my own agencies (plus one spectacular failure; a venture into gaming apps!).  During that time, I have been a highly effective manager, leader, entrepreneur, mentor, non-executive director and coach to many individuals, companies and charities.

My approach to coaching and mentoring is to bridge the gap between the creative and the analytical... the emotive and the rational... thereby energising both your heart and your mind.
