I believe my clients have the desire and capacity to move forwards towards living meaningful, fulfilling and productive lives, and that they are the experts of their own experience. Therefore, as a Coach, I will not give you advice or offer solutions to your challenges, but will work with you to help you understand yourself more fully, access your inner resources, and discover your own answers.

However, as a Mentor, I draw on over 30 years of commercial, managerial, entrepreneurial and directorial experience – within global companies, my own companies, and independent consultancies. With that in mind, I am therefore also in a position to offer practical and goal-oriented advice.

I believe this ‘blended’ Coach & Mentor approach works extremely well to get to the solution quickly and effectively – offering you a structured approach to tackling the issues holding you back – and experience with my clients bears this out.

Business Mentoring

With over 30 years industry experience - over 20 years of which have been spent founding and running (and sometimes exiting) my own businesses - I know the truth of doing "whatever it takes"... whilst at the same time protecting and maintining work-life balance.

My Business Mentoring service provides experienced guidance and support throughout all stages of the business journey - from starting a business, to running it, growing it, and ultimately selling it.

Working 1-to-1, or within group workshops, I also offer expert advice on change management, digital transformation, career coaching, and entrepreneurship. With my help, you can take your business to the next level.
